Our Solution
The requirements sent by the client made it very clear. Nothing but a comprehensive, user-friendly online platform could serve their specific needs. Hence, we started developing a portal that can streamline operations, making it easy for the client to perform desired actions. The portal enabled the admin to easily manage properties. The straightforward interface of the portal makes it easy for customers to buy properties at the front end.
Buyer portal features
- Buyer login.
- Buyer dashboard that contains all the properties available for sale. They can toggle between grid view and list view. Options to filter properties by location, price, and status. And a Map that displays markers on the property address.
- Property details page where images, floor plan, and street view of the property are visible. Price, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, parking space, etc. are also available. The buyer has the option to buy the property, place an offer and chat with the seller.
- Your offers: This page displays all the buyer's offers. They can sign contracts with sellers.
- Save opportunities: This page displays all the properties that the buyer has marked as a favorite.
- Proof of funds: The buyer can use this section to upload their proof of funds documents.
- Notification Settings: The buyer can use this section to enable or disable SMS and email notifications.
- Account Settings: This section allows the buyer to modify account settings. Changes can be made in email, password, entities, target markets, and investment profiles.
- Profile: Admin login, logout, forgot password, and edit profile features.
- CMS: An easy-to-use content management system. Admin can easily manage the content of the home page.
- Blog Management: The admin can add category-wise blogs using this section. They can add blog titles, content, and categories.
- FAQ Management: The admin can manage category-wise FAQ using this section.
- Property Management: The admin can add, edit, and delete properties using this section. They can add the address, images, floor plan, price, number of bedrooms, bath rooms, parking space, etc.
- Buyers Management: The admin can view registered buyers using this section.
