Transunion Interview

After payment and login, the client has to face interview by going through four essential phases:

  • Agreement to be signed digitally by clients

  • Personal Information Update

  • Transunion Authentication by Social Security Number (SSN)

The questionnaire is generated by web services such as Rest API, which verifies the authentication of the customer’s personal information. After successful authentication, the report is fetched by the system.

  • Publishing Items by fetching inquiry, credit items, and public reports

Client Dashboard

After completion of the interview part, all details about the credit information are redirected onto the dashboard. Afterward, a credit score, credit analysis, credit repair progress, and derogatory account mix are displayed to the client so to take necessary step to bring improvement in their credit score.

Dispute Items

It contains detailed information about the items (positive, negative, deleted, and repaired). A client can contact the bureaus to find out details about their lower credit score due to the insertion of wrong information related to the personal information like incorrect name, SSN, address, DOB, etc.

Dispute Letter

In the given section, negative items are marked as disputes and are assigned to the credit bureaus as letters by sending a fax. They set an inquiry where all the negative items are verified and are marked as closed, which indicates successful repairing of the clients’ report. Afterward, clients get access to the improved credit report on their mobile app.

Action Plan/Review

An audit process is conducted here for improving the credit score. It contains frames where negative and deleted items are calculated, and an audit will be generated.

Besides, Transunion report includes a review, which contains negative and deletes items. The review procedure helps the client to remove these items to increase their credit score.

Documents

This section contains two critical lists called document and agreement lists. Document lists contain the personal identity of clients which could be uploaded from frontend and backend. Agreement lists manage the agreement made during the interview section of the frontend. The users could be assigned with new agreements or delete the old agreements at any time.

Credit Alerts

Wants to get every update about your credit-related information? The given section uses Push notification to send credit alerts and make the clients aware about all the changes occurring in their credit report appropriately.

The most significant achievement a client receives is that they now can get details about their credit report directly on their phone. What's more, they can check credit-related issues and could directly contact the credit bureaus to make the necessary changed to enhance their credit score.
